Shravani Krishna Rau Gogineni is a Lead Product Designer at GoingVC with over 5 years of experience in designing products for various industries such as Ed-tech, Fin-tech, Healthcare, and Hospitality. She has a strong sense of pixel perfection and attention to detail, which makes her design-oriented. Shravani loves projects that challenge her and force her to re-design her thinking as well. She has a good sense of Design Principles coupled with a focus on Human-Centered Design, which makes her understand the importance of user experience design in any application. Shravani is certified in Wireframing, Prototyping, Mockups, User Research, and Graphic Design Principles (namely Typography and Imagemaking). Her background as a Software Engineer helps her bridge the gap between engineering and business owners, ensuring smooth production. She has a proven record of achieving goals within time and financial parameters. At GoingVC, Shravani is responsible for leading the user experience and design for the company’s flagship product. She is also responsible for end-to-end user experience design and development of the company’s responsive website. Shravani partners with project managers, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into user journeys and workflows. She single-handedly revamped the company’s branding strategy by establishing a unified design language and creating style guides. Prior to GoingVC, Shravani was a Lead Product Designer at Ayurythm, where she was instrumental in conceptualizing and launching the app on Google Play Store and App Store within three months. She also led UX tasks such as user research, information architecture, prototypes, etc. and increased performance by 50%. Shravani developed and documented visual brand identity through color, type, iconography, illustrations, logo system, and other design elements, resulting in consistent brand visual language, innovative campaign appearance, and improved internal/external alignment. Shravani holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science from R. V. College of Engineering, Bangalore. Her tech stack includes designer, product designer, test, Research Scientist, ui, Software Engineer, Android, and iOS.
